Saying "HI"
For years we have been friends
Here on the platform we connect
Locating you on Facebook and the rest
Physically we may not have met as friends
We remain friends just to peep at each others posts
Then scroll down and down , not even a "like or comment"
You are just there , I am just here
Beautiful things we could have done together
You asked me to stop the BC coming on bbm
And for years, you never to me said "hi"
If I block you, i will be tagged rude
Deleting you will be a bad option
Are you just gonna be there useless on my friends list?
You occupy some bytes of my phone memory
But my brain holds no memory of you
Facebook wants us to connect for business
But we end up staring at each other pictures
Maybe you want to say hi, maybe not
But that ego keeps holding your finger back
And I will be wrong to justify myself
Of course Facebook has given me a chance to call
But seriously I've sent you many "hi" yet no response
Could it be "ego" or same excuse "no time"
No time for about two years of being friends to say "hi"

A good relationship could have made us succeed
Our Linkin accounts are just there for us to boasts
And many rich men are there everyday , transacting
MDs of companies are there to hire the brainy
But our ego and poor interpersonal relationship wouldn't let us
Our twitter accounts are just there for us to catch up with gists
For us, irrelevant has been made relevant
And we neglect the relevant we need to succeed
Just a common 'hi' to spring up a conversation
Don't you think that is boring, a little
When I say 'hi' , you reply 'hi'
I say hello, your response is also hello
So I know not what next to say
Than to say ' how are you doing'
But you responded ' fine' and nothing else
You could have asked how I am also doing
Dear friend, that is called courtesy
Your response shows that 'I am the one that needs you'
But seriously, we all need somebody, to lean on
Let us connect everyday , 'hi' isn't that expensive
For the world to be a better place
And your business , wearing a better look
You have to work on your interpersonal relationship
Say no to "2000 Facebook friends but zero chats"
And some Whatsapp groups remain a group, no networking among members personally, that is a "no,no" to growing your business.
